Zaytinya is Coming to Culver City

José Andrés Group (JAG) and Rockwood Capital today announced that JAG will exclusively manage the food & beverage operations for The Shay at Ivy Station in Los Angeles’ Culver City. Opening in Fall 2024, the ground-floor restaurant will be Zaytinya, JAG’s innovative mezze concept inspired by Greek, Turkish and Lebanese cuisines. Soon, JAG will additionally unveil a signature restaurant and bar at The Shay’s rooftop, a popular gathering spot for guests and locals alike.

 The Shay is a 148-room upscale, full-service boutique hotel that is managed by Hyatt Hotels Corporation as part of its Destination by Hyatt independent collection. The Shay is an integral part of Ivy Station, an award-winning, mass transit-adjacent, mixed-use development completed in 2021 that also includes offices, rental apartments, and retail shops. Developed by a consortium of Lowe Enterprises, AECOM-Canyon Partners, and an affiliate of Rockwood Capital, and now owned by Rockwood, Ivy Station serves as a centerpiece within Culver City’s thriving media hub, surrounded by notable content creation operations of Warner Bros. Discovery, Apple, Amazon, and Sony.
