At Zaytinya, we are dedicated to bringing you authentic eastern mediterranean flavors through our cuisine and for one extraordinary night, we’re turning the spotlight on Lebanon. On November 1st, we’re celebrating Chateau Musar, an iconic winery known for its natural winemaking and its incredible resilience during Lebanon’s civil war. Founded in 1930, Chateau Musar has become a symbol of perseverance and excellence in winemaking, and we are honored to curate an unforgettable evening with Marc Hochar of the Musar family and Zaytinya's Chef Costa.
Join us for a unique dining experience featuring a special 4-course menu that showcases innovative twists on traditional Lebanese dishes, paired with six exclusive Musar wines, including rare vintages not yet available nationwide, and a sweet course with an Arak cocktail.
