Chef Kochilas joins us at Zaytinya in celebration of season four of her PBS show, My Greek Table, an extension of her award-winning cookbook by the same name. Enjoy some of Diane’s favorite recipes from the book, with curated beverage pairings from the unique wine regions of Greece. Plus, hear from both chefs on their long history with Greek cuisine and the places that inspire them.
